All services are provided in good faith and are intended for general wellbeing purposes only.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Care

Brigitte Purcell does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Services are not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. You are encouraged to seek support from qualified professionals where appropriate.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book services, unless otherwise stated (e.g. specific workshops or trainings). Any exceptions must be approved in writing.

4. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are listed in NZD unless stated otherwise.

• Brigitte Purcell reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To respect Brigitte’s time and the preparation required for each session:

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your session time.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

• If you do not attend your session (no-show), the session is non-refundable.

Brigitte Purcell may, at her discretion, offer a reschedule in exceptional circumstances.

6. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other bookings.

7. Breathwork Safety

Breathwork can be physically and emotionally intense.

By booking a breathwork session, you confirm that:

• You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing

• You will disclose any relevant medical or mental health conditions prior to your session

• You understand breathwork is voluntary and you may stop at any time

If you are unsure whether breathwork is appropriate for you, you should consult a medical professional before booking.

8. Readings and Spiritual Services

All psychic and mediumship readings are provided for guidance, reflection, and insight.

No outcome is guaranteed. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretation of any information shared.

9. Digital Products & Pre-Recorded Readings

Due to the personalised nature of digital services (including pre-recorded voice readings), these are generally non-refundable once delivered.

If there is an issue with delivery (e.g. missing file), Brigitte will correct this as soon as possible.

10. Workshops, Trainings & Group Programs

For workshops, trainings, and group programs:

• Your place is confirmed once payment is received.

• Refunds are not available for change of mind.

• If Brigitte cancels the event, you will be offered a full refund or transfer.

Specific refund policies may be stated on the booking page for each offering.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, imagery, course materials, written guidance, and recordings, is the property of Brigitte Purcell unless otherwise stated.
