My Reiki Journey

As a Reiki Master Teacher and energy intuitive, Brigitte’s approach to energy work embodies the foundations of Reiki with her own personal flair. Brigitte has had a life long practice with energy work, it’s become part of her everyday ritual.

Brigitte’s healing sessions connect with your energy system through her psychic and mediumship abilities, here she is able to see your blockages, clear them, bring back your glow and provide guidance on how to move forward.

What is Reiki?

Reiki - which means “energy medicine” in Japanese - was created in the 1900s by Mikao Usui. Reiki is a gentle practice that nurtures balance, peace, and healing from within. Through light touch and calming energy, it helps ease tension, quiet the mind, and restore your natural flow. Each session offers a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself - inviting a sense of harmony, grounding, and inner calm.

Full Energetic Glow Up & Guidance session

90 minutes of pure healing, intention and guidance. 60 minutes of beautiful and divine reiki, a guided meditation, and a 30 minute psychic session post healing. Both via distance

Energetic Glow Up Session

A 60 minute distance session reiki session followed by a 15 minute debrief of what was blocked and cleared.

Reiki Distance Glow Express

This express energetic glow up include 30 minutes of energy clearing, and divine white light boost - this includes a full aura, chakra cleanse and a recorded audio of what happened during the session.

What can I expect?

At the moment, I am only offering distance sessions. If you wish to be present for your session, you will receive a guided meditation to listen to during the session. Or you’re also welcome to go about your day while setting the intention to receive.

Each session allows you the space to relax and absorb the energy. Afterward you’re likely to feel lighter and have more clarity about life.
