Sacred Rage
Sacred rage is a deeper, more meaningful kind of anger.
It’s the feeling that rises when something inside you knows, this isn’t right for me. Maybe you’ve been putting others first for too long, staying quiet when you wanted to speak up, or ignoring your own needs. That build-up can turn into anger — but it’s not “bad.” It’s actually trying to get your attention.
Instead of being about hurting someone or reacting in the moment, sacred rage is more like a signal. It’s your body and emotions telling you that a boundary has been crossed, or that you’ve drifted away from what feels true for you.
When you listen to it (instead of pushing it down), it can help you understand what needs to change. It might guide you to speak up, set clearer boundaries, or make different choices that feel more aligned with who you really are.
So rather than something to fear or get rid of, sacred rage can actually be helpful. It’s a way your system tries to protect you and bring you back to yourself.
