This Level 1 Reiki Training is a gentle yet powerful initiation into the world of energy healing. It’s a remembering of who you are beneath the noise, roles, and expectations. Over two zoom calls and on immersive day, you’ll be held in a nurturing container of sisterhood as you learn to work with universal life force energy and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.
This is more than a certification. It’s a homecoming.

During this Level 1 Reiki Training, you will:
* Learn the foundations and history of Reiki
* Understand energy, chakras, and the subtle body
* Receive your Level 1 Reiki attunement
* Learn how to give Reiki to yourself and others
* Practice hands-on Reiki in a supportive environment
* Explore intuition, presence, and energetic boundaries
* Learn how Reiki can support daily life, self-care, and healing
